I’m gonna get my first external DVD burner for my laptop. I heard that all DVD burners/readers allow you to change region thingy for like 4-5 times. So my question is, once I get my external DVD burner, should I immidiately download and run those region-bypassing software or I can do it later until I need to change the region? Basicly me rebuilding my Dell Inspiron 6000 at 4x speed.
